venison/mushroom/blue cheese burgers for dinner

Post by wabi »

Found this recipe online
link to - venison/mushroom/blue cheese burgers
and had to try it. If you like blue cheese you will like them!
Would also be good with other cheese types (mozerella, swiss, etc.) I suspect.

I made some burgers tonight with this recipe.

It is now my new all time favourite!!!!!!! MMMMMMMMM!
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

Been making em for years but with variation.
I make two large but thin patties and insert the rest, plus chopped black olives, BETWEEN the two, crimp edges.. HMMM, HMMM. GOOOD.
Vortex, Phoenix, single-shot rifles and handguns.
Incurable tinkerer.
Why hunt? Simple, it's BASIC. Why breath?!

Glad some of you had a chance to try it.
I'm going to try swiss cheese next time, but since I've had this virus my taste isn't working like it should and I can't really enjoy food (or coffee or my cigars) to it's fullest. It's slowly returning to normal, but it seems like it's taking forever. The good side is that I've managed to loose several pounds since I can't enjoy eating like I usually do.
