I will check with MNR as well no point going hog wild here and find out it can't be used.

Boo shared some ideas he had for a case so I will be putting one of those together this week.
And will show that here as well.

Dereck;

worst case scenario you can replace the elastics with drawstrings. But Pydpiper is right. I've had a warden tell me the drawstring has to be tied or the gun sock wouldn't cut it as a "case".

A gun I can understand a little you could load it in the case and shoot it from a case but a crossbow shot from a case, not even going to think what would happen to the case and bow.
But this is Canada the home of the lets not use common sense gov. :roll:

Here is the case from the bottom. I just quickly put this clasp on it which prevents it from pulling off.As you can see no part of the bow is visible.
Now I have a gun case with this type of clasp.
What do you think good enough or not?

If the clasp makes impossible to see or touch the xbow without unclasping it then it should be ok. But the best bet is to take it to the mnr and ask them directly.

Went to Len's mill and they had camo but nothing in a name brand.
I bought some digital stuff for myself.
I found a supplier in the states but it is 13.95 a yd plus shipping plus exchange plus duty.
Would make the case not worth it.
I will continue to try and come up with an easier case to use.Going to try your idea out next Boo.
Here is the supplier I found, carries all the patterns that match Excal bows
