Looks like someone managed to really piss off an entire community.

$5000.00 reward for information leading to an arrest.

I guess an "erratic" moose is a legit public hazard, but too bad their attempts to tranquilize it failed.. and why were there no conservation officers available to assist??

And the school... "The school kept its students inside all morning, with the blinds closed on all windows facing the park." I think having two moose in the yard is a rare educational experience.

Going to be a long time and a slap on the wrist to figure this one out. He's being charged with Federal offences which you could only hope would result in jail time, but he'll probably not even serve a day.

What a jerk! :|

This was a mute swan which is a introduced species. In some locals it's gone wild and affected the local waterfowl. I thought it wouldn't be covered under the "Migatory Act". I'm not saying it's not a diabolicale thing to due. But it might not stick if these are "domesticated" waterfowl.
