Sick Cant help but wonder whats not being said in that column though, like most news columns. Unless this dude is severly damaged he must have something against the owner(s) or dog. NOT THAT THATS AN EXCUSE!! He should be raked over the coals for that one.

I bet it was all set up in an effort to change the laws. Seems too wierd. Maybe the guy is crazy. Something is definiately wrong here. Anyone that would shoot a dog in that situation is dangerous to the general public.

This is a sick individual and what he did was reprehensible. That said I wish that people wouldn't use these types of incidents to create more useless laws that accomplish nothing but putting the burden on the law abiding citizens. Just prosecute the criminal and leave the rest of us alone.
