If I saw this in Ontario I'd call the authorities.
1)Out of season
2)Way too close to the road.

A few years ago A CO asked a friend to put down a deer wounded by a car. This was during hunting season.

My wife hit a buck that size in her Mazda 3. The car was a write off, lucky no one hurt. Now she drives a full size chev 1/2 ton and the deer bounce better off it. She is a commuter and hits at least one deer a year.

The last one ended up on the hood of the guy tailgating her.

(hint) if it is dawn or dusk and the guy infornt hits the brakes there is a good reason for it. They are not doing it to piss you off.

Hope the bear had a good lunch!

Were we live we have never had Moose and Bears, but the last few years they have been moving in. Talked to one lady who hit a Moose with her mini van. She said the cops said "she was lucky to be alive."
