whatever floats your boat... i usually do a 3 degree left offset myself but a lot of it comes down to what works off your bow and with your arrow setup.

I talked to a Blazer tech and he said that offset was better on the 2" vanes. I get better groups with the higher degree of offset. It takes more offset to get the arrow spinning the smaller the vanes.

Noise is not a issue for me with the smaller vanes and helical fletching . . .not the case with the 4" vanes.
I'd rather wear out than rust out.

The longer softer vanes are noisy because they are thin and flutter through the air. Offset and a helical set of your vanes allows the arrow to rotate and "averages out" any slight imperfections in the arrow.

I bought the 2 inch blazer jig that was made for them. It has 3 degree helix. Find blazers fly much better since then. If a blazer comes off an arrow I just have to replace one. Sets them exact everytime. Well worth the 45 bucks I paid for it. Run blazers on all my archery bows. Was having alot of fletchings fall off my aluimum arrows because of glue. Switched to krazy glue gell now with good results so far.

I prefer the Helical 6 degrees is great the 11 puts too much into a short vane. Never fooled with straight in my life & most likely never will. RH or LH is moot just as long as yer happy, i have heard ppl say LH will loosen pt when it hits! Heck twist the arrow to the right as you pull it out, it will tighten
