MONDAY NIGHT I HAD A BLACK BEAR COME IN TO MY BAIT SITE
AT 12-30 AM, AND STAYED UNTIL6 IN THE MORNING , ON TUESDAY HE CAME IN AT 9PM AND STAYED UNTIL 6 IN THE MORNING , ON WEDNESDAY HE CAME IN AT 6PM AND 30 SECONDS LATER A BOLT WENT THROUGH HIM.
IT WAS MY FIRST BEAR AND I TOOK HIM WITH AN EXCALIBUR VORTEX AT 20 YARDS. WEIGHTED IN AT 190 DRESSED. HE RAN 75 YARDS AND BLED EVERY WHERE.... CAN'T WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN NEXT YEAR........

Nice bear! I put crosshairs on one today for the first time, but he was a tad out of my comfortable range. Maybe I'll see him again.
