Drilled & Tapped Holes

Question...on the underside of my Ibex, there are two drilled and tapped holes in what would be the underside of the rail between where the plastic fore-end stops and where the limb assembly mounts to the rail...anyone have any idea what these "blank" holes are for?

ahhhh...ok. I mounted my quiver on top with the Wyvern mount...forgot about the underneath mounting option. Thanks much bstout!
