Broad heads

Post by zman »

Hi Everyone
Well I tried sighting in my new Exomax and I could get the feild tips dead on at 20 but when I tried the broad heads they weren't even close, does everyone just sight in the broads and skip the feild tips ?
I was using the brad heads that came with the right stuff package,

No, not every one just tune BHs and sip the field tips. Many folks I know will spend a lot of time and some amount of money to get their BHs hitting and grouping with their filed tips. Last season my Muzzys grouped but not with my field tips. This year, as best as I can shoot, my Grim Reaper CB BHs group right with my filed tips. Some folks will have both a hunting and a target bow and don't mix tackle between the two. I've heard of that there are even folks that just shoot BHs and don't mess at all with filed tips.

Take care.....
