I have 5.17mm of clearance(.2"). I am using the 1 1/4" grizz tricks. More than enough room that it wont contact on my bow. It seems to me that when I last installed my stirrup that there was a little bit of up and down play. can you loosen the bolts and slide the stirrup down slightly to gain more clearance?

I have to ask . Is it a slightly older bow ?
If it is then it is possible that the stirrup has been put on upside down . The older stirrups were cut on an angle . :)

I also wanted to say love the grizz tricks nice big cut but both deer I shot this year were high lung shots I was thinking maybe stirrup rubbing caused this although both deer only went 20y and 40y and heard both crash so I cant really complain :D

I ran into the blade hitting the stirrup on my older vixen. BH was a Montec Striker 1 1/2" & i had to index it so 2 blades down at 60 degrees to clear. Not what i want in the dark in my stand having to make sure 2 blades down with cold bare fingers on the business end. I shoot the 3 blade Snuffer 125 gr they clear.
