I don't think that is a moose antler!
I think it is from a deer with a palmated rack!(whitetail)

I can see why it might appear that way to some, but definately from a young bull moose.

The reason I made that comment is that I did shoot a buck with that type of deformation to it's rack.
Unfortunately,I had not made a killing shot and somebody else got the deer!
I did manage to see what I had missed.
