End cap removal
I have some damaged end caps that I need to replace on some Firebolts and Goldtip Lazer 2's. What is the best way to remove them? When I am replacing them, do I glue them back in?

Re: End cap removal
Suspect you mean nocks? I found some 8-32 by 6" threaded rod at Ace hdwe in the bins above nuts and bolts, barring that, get the longest screw that size you can find, cut the head off w/ hack saw or dremel, put it in vise w/ as much sticking out as you can, heat w/ propane torch well away from shaft while pulling on same.
I use hot melt glue so I can do this easily when I ding mine.

Sometimes just putting the in boiling water is enough heat to loosen the nocks without risking too much heat from a torch. I thread a field point into the rear threaded insert, heat them in boiling water for a minute or two, and then I put the field field point into a bench vise and give a sharp tug. The insert usually pops out.

Both methods mentioned above have worked for me.
