Griz , that is a very beautiful knife, i would love to have this knife , i would have it engraved with my grandaughters name & birth date , her name is Faith she was born on the opening day of bow season for deer in Ontario ,October 1 2008 i call her "my little deer", if i owned this knife some day Faith would own this knife. Some day soon when she is old enough to go hunting with me , it would be very sweet to be able to give her this knife that would be engraved ( Faith Oct 1 2008 "my Little Deer"). :D

Im like alot of people here that dont need a knife and it be crazy for me to write and try to get it but i think some young hunter would love to own it because it is one of a kind and something they could carry for along time.
Nice Craftsmanship i must say

I think its a beauty. I, like the others, have a few knifes. But I have alway perfered someting made rather than bought. I think its great when someone says, "Where'd you get that"? and you have a story to tell other than saying you got it at some sporting good store. Besides it looks alot better than the knifes I've tried to make. :)

You're a hell of a guy, Darrel. You're one of those that constantly out-does himself. I'm 'out' for obvious reasons, but am enjoying this thread a bunch!

Dan, Just because you bought the knife and hatchet set does not exclude you from this opportunity.
I appreciate your willingness to be excluded, but it's not necessary!

Nope, somebody else's turn this time was my point. Knives tell stories for the truly addicted. One of my favorite lines is, 'what do knives, wives, and Zippo lighters all have in common?'

Metaphorically speaking guys!! I was just trying to express how good looking that knife is and how bad I wanted it. That's all.

I'm surprised R.J. didn't offer to take pictures.

I don't have a convincing story for sure....I will however pay you $25 shipped to S.W Ontario and you can do as you see fit.Looks like a knife that I could use to help everyone I hunt with skin THEIR game.

To be gifted with a knife like that would be an honor to carry
and something to cherish

But to say I deserve it over someone else would be a load of B,S.
