Rain Rain Please Go Away

Post by ElmerFudd »

Hello everyone. It seems that the Monsoon season has set in on South Central Michigan. Darn it. Last weekend when my Grandson and I should have been trying out the Axiom again just to make sure, being the tinker (one of my down falls) I was in my shop building a top mount similar to a Munch mount. Well the top mount is done--but haven't been able to shoot the bow and find out if it will cause any poi changes. Michigan opener is this Saturday which when looking at weatherchannel.com will be the first dry day we have had since last Sunday. May loose a day hunting to check the bow out. Live and learn.

Crispy, maybe I should stop griping. It has been wet and some wind here but nothing like in your area.

Ain't that the truth!!
We haven't gotten 20 inches but it's raining more often than not here where I live too. Just accross the border in Windsor area.

Thanks for the relps guys. hankenhunter ya gave me some hope. Really didn't think that something like the Almost Munch mount that I cobbled up would change much, but being new to the xbow doubt was there. kd8jgu, this looks like a ham radio call sign. If is is many years ago I Was WA8HXN.

deerhunter0430, if the life jackets on the deer are orange it should help to pick them out from the floating trees, houses and cars
