Can anyone help me out?

Post by Toby10 »

Hey guys and gals,

My son has a small problem. lol

He has broken one of the small hooks on his cocking aid and doesn't want to buy the whole deal.

Does anyone happen to have one kickin around that they are not using?

Thanks,

Brian

Brian;
This is when stating where you live would really come in handy. Could you file out your profile. Thanks; Mike

Don't have an extra, but I'm sure a call to Excalibur will get you a replacement quickly. :wink:

Sorry guys for not havin my location up. My bad.

I had emailed Excalibur a while back and the fella pretty much told me that he wasn't gonna send a new one. I'd have to look and see if I still had the email saved.

Thanks to those that have replied tho

In the past Excalibur's service department has been top notch. If they haven't offered to replace it free of charge, it could be that they changed their policy. Either that, or they consider the cocking aid a wear and tear item, which like the S5 rubber bumpers, are not covered under warranty, as I recently found out.
