Use a 3-D super nock for carbon arrows, wrap the shaft with tape until it fits snugly in your crossbow arrow. Fletch arrow, and remove.

I made my own, the nocks I have had a hole going up in the center & I screwed a 8/32 screw into the nock & then cut the head off the screw then screwed the nock onto the bolt.worked great for my Bitzenberger jig. If you send me your address by PM I'll make one for you & send it to you.

Carbon Express makes a rubber crossbow fletching nock, you just push it over your flat nock and load the arrow in the jig. Bought one today for$2.25, works like a charm. Might be something I don't know though or maybe nobody has seen it before, didn't see it mentioned so I yhought I would try to help, yall sure have helped me out a bunch !

i use the same thing, i thought it worked great. you have to be careful not to push your shaft down to hard while applying fletching to the shaft. it is rubber (the nock) and it will flex, resulting in your shaft moving downward.
