Just curious if ayone else has seen this. I shot a deer with my bow a couple years back and when we dressed it we saw all these small white pimple like bumps on the outside of it's lungs. No other marks or lesions anywhere else and the deer looked healthy, moved around normally, was fat and had a beautiful coat. I never thought much of it before now, but am just curious.

Sounds like TB. Here in Michigan they have pictures in our annual game laws that show exactly what you described.

If it's TB then we have it in Ontario. This animal was shot within 10 miles of Rondeau Park maybe 8 years ago. Never thought to notify anyone and no one got sick so I never gave it a second thought until I read an article recently.

But if you eat too much you might still end up looking like you have TB.Gwen's Dilemma wrote:That deer was ate a long time ago. No one got sick but we cook all our game well done.
