just got back from hunting for the last time this year. Can't get back out before Dec 15 
. So I guess he is safe for another year. On the bright side, I got to try out my Summit Climber. Although this is the first climber I have purchased and cant compare it to any other make, it is simply grand, easy to use (after some practicing), very comfortable (only dozed off twice) and the most important (to me) very stable in the tree. Thanks for all the advice on the treestand safety thread
