John, I want to express my regrets for my post. I posted on what I thought was a dead thread in the late hours of Saturday and took off for the hills of Ohio without a computer until Sunday night. I should not have posted such an immature post and had no idea it would blossom into a fiasco. I misjudged the whole situation as well as yourself and I regret it and apologize. The rope cocker reduces the force by 50%. You'll essentially be pulling 50 lbs with each arm.

If you can't do it at first, get a Crankaroo and start lifting weights.
