A MICHIGAN CROSSBOW FEDERATION Fundraiser will be held at
Ed's Archery & Sporting Goods 4483 E Vienna Rd, Clio, MI 48420
on May 20th, 2012. (Details will be posted on the MCF website Events page as they become available)

3D SHOOT
There will be a fun 3D shoot. Prizes will be awarded to 3D shooters based on a random drawing of participants so ALL shooters will have a chance to win. No need to be shy about skill level and ALL archery equipment is welcome.

CROSSBOW INSTRUCTION
A free crossbow safety course will be offered.

MEET THE REPS AND CROSSBOW SHOOTING
Crossbow manufacturer reps will be on hand to answer questions and crossbows will be available to try.

DANIEL JAMES HENDRICKS (president of the American Crossbow Federation)
will be on hand to help us celebrate our first fundraising event!!

DOOR PRIZES AND 50/50 DRAWINGS

DINNER
All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti dinner with bread sticks, salad and dessert.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING FOR THE HORTON VISION CROSSBOW (tickets are available now)

Thank you, Tim! Ed's Archery has upgraded all of their targets since the video was made. The 3D will take place rain or shine for all archers.

Many of our sponsors will have shooting trailers and their new bows for you to try.

Mike Avery will emcee the auction and events at the spaghetti dinner. There will be bucket auctions, 50/50's, and door prizes.

When I get a minute I will post details on the website and update it as needed.

Funny you should mention that. At the meeting last night I was asked if our Canadian friends were going to attend. I told them I can only hope so. (a couple of our board members are active on these forums)

For you Southern Ontario folks it looks like about a 3 1/2 - 4 hour drive from the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area. It's a pretty direct route. Also it's on our May 2-4 weekend so Monday will be a holiday for most people in Ontario. The shoot is on Sunday. If all works as planned we'll likely travel there on Saturday and come home Monday. Motels look pretty cheap in that area. A quick check shows anywhere from $50-$75 per night.

I plan to be there if I am close enough. Think I will be under a 1/2 hour from there in a Bowfishing derby.

Actually, Wheelie, it is about a 1 1/2 hour drive from Caseville to Clio but the Caseville thing is on Saturday and our event is on Sunday. I was hoping you could make it.

Actually, Wheelie, it is about a 1 1/2 hour drive from Caseville to Clio but the Caseville thing is on Saturday and our event is on Sunday. I was hoping you could make it.

Just tell him you're raffling off a NASCAR commemorative Harley and he'll be there.
