Welcome to the club. Not a nice feeling. Not only have I done that but had rope cocker around my neck and unknowingly one end of rope cocker got around the string. Fired and all I could feel is massive pain. Bet blood squirting out of finger two feet. Broke the plastic handle of rope cocker on my hand. Get horified when I see people put them around there neck now. LOL

im glad to hear you and the bow are ok..now that you got that out of the way you can work on taking your arrow out before uncocking
Well, I had been target shooting with the rope cocker around my neck but that won't happen again after reading this. I already joined the P.A.D. Club last week and I'd rather not earn my membership in another club due to a rope cocker mishap.
