I dont think that there is a single person on the forum that has any complaint with a Boo string. The creep that you get with a factory string is pretty much eliminated. They are tough and quieter than other strings as well. You will be pleased. This is some of the best money I have spent on my bow.

My experience(s) with Boo strings is nothing but good.
They seem to stretch much less requiring fewer length adjustments, and the serving holds up extremely well.
Another thing to keep in mind is that Don (Boo) is constantly experimenting with materials to improve already great strings, so odds are the string you buy today is probably going to be even better than the ones I own.

No doubt about it. Boo strings are the best you can buy. Don stands behind his strings 100%

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Even though I have yet to meet the man, Boo is a perfectionist from everything that I've been able to gather about him. It's either right or not at all. Just as with anything "custom", there is more time and money involved in them than a stock factory string. But, you'll get a superior product to a stock factory string as well.

If your new to crossbows like me, I am sure Boo will not reccomend one of his strings untill you have gotten some experience with shooting your bow because a dy fire with one of his strings can be a big problem, whereas a dry fire with an original Excel string usually just scares you but leaves no damage to your bow. Since I joined the dry fire club not to long ago, I am happy I followed Don's advice.
