Pickled Eggs

Post by j.krug »

Well I made a batch of pickled eggs this morning while I was having coffee. I used a recipe that I got off the Gunnutz site. Most of the usual ingredients and a big splash of hot sauce and a good scoop of cayenne pepper. Wasn't to hard and took a bit over an hour start to finish including peeling the eggs. I managed to get 19 eggs into a 1.9 litre jar along with some sliced onion and garlic. I hope they taste as good as they look.

I'll let you know. :)

Oh man do I remember eating a lot of those in my younger years while drinking bear. Goodness to gracious the next morning and all day going to the bathroom and feeling like everything was on fire, . Thanks for bringing back the good old memories. Those were the days, . Days like that now would plank my butt in the ground, .
Thanks,
Raymond
