Lets talk lubes....
I use bohning textite for my string and servings. I rub it on with the stick and then use a small rag to briskly rub the string to warm it... hopefully melting the wax into it. Done this way I can shoot 40+ arrows and the string is still holding wax well. The top if the rail where the serving rubs (guess you call it the barrel?) I use permatex brand silicone grease..... grey container from auto parts stores called silicone dialectic tune up grease. The stuff for electrical connections. Its very tacky and stays in place. Protects the serving very well and doesn't harden at all. And if any gets into the trigger all it will do is lubricate it. This has worked very well for me and the serving on my Excalibur cffuller string still looks brand new after hundreds of shots.

Re: bow maintenance
I have my trigger lubed with moly grease .
My string gets excal deck wax sparingly which goes on the deck if needed .
Any other maintenance I let the experts at Excalibur do .

Re: bow maintenance
I use Daltons wax on the string about every 75-100 shots, use it lightly on the serving about every 25 shots. Nothing on the rail, when i get a little build up on the rail i clean it with a soft cloth & wd-40.

Re: bow maintenance
dalton's on the string/serving and jigaloo on the rail every 10-15 shots. the jigaloo leaves no build up and does not attract dirt

Re: bow maintenance
I don't lube the deck per say, but I do wipe it down with silicone. I keep it as clean as I can.
My strings get waxed with most attention to the center serving.
Dalton's is my choice now as well.
