Re: PHOENIX ON THE WAY
bohning string wax is good for excalibur strings
Re: PHOENIX ON THE WAY
Regardless of what wax you settle on remember that less is better. Excess wax ends up in the trigger unit and can render your bow inoperative or make for a dangerous situation.
You made a good choice!

I do not think the Groundpounder is available anymore. Munch does still sell the Munch Mount on here. Look in the classifieds for his listings. Basically they are the same mounts. Cost depends on which style you want.
I really like the Daltons wax for my Excal.

Re: PHOENIX ON THE WAY
I use wax on my string I have quit using it on my servings. I have read a lot of people using Jigaloo on their servings and rails with no wax build up on the rails. I couldn't get Jigaloo in the states so I bought a 3 M brand with the same ingredients and it is working great so far. Jigaloo is a powder silicone that slicks everything up without an oily mess.
It makes the rails very slick and I spray it on every 30 to 40 shots just like you would wax your serving.
