I am new to Excaliber cross bows. And have a question on the string. From the two reference mark. Were do I need my string to be, from these referece mark??

Between the marks on the rail is the preferred brace height. As long as the string is within that range you're good.

Keep your BH consistant between the two lines by twisting the string. If your BH drops add a few twists.
Using lower BH mark towards your stirup adds a few fps but is slightly louder. The upper BH is quieter and cost a few fps. Your choice.
