Wolverine excalibur question? (help)

Post by ace_2930 »

Hi everyone! Does anyone know if I can shoot 150 grain.1 1/16 cut dia. bolt cutter broadheads on carbon express 20 " Cross bolt arrows ???? My bow is 150 lb draw with 250 fps.
I shoot the arows with 100 grain no problem deadly accurate! but was thinking of going to the 150 bolt cutter broadheads herd good stuff with those I have 100 grain 1 3/4 dia. spitfire maXX (sf maxx) 3 blades. and im hunting white tail on Monday just want some expert advice on whether or not to go to the 150 or stay with the 3 blade 1 3/4 sf maxx's??? and has any one had bad news about the sf maxx's?? I'll only be shooting 20-30 yards max too.? thx everyone for your input Dan..... :D

I ain't no expert, not even close

There's nothin wrong with spitfire bh's their
very good and have killed lots of deer.

I think you could get the bolt cutters to shoot just fine,
they will be slower and your POI will be off what it is now.
