Hi

I just bought a used black Vixen for my daughter. I received the mailbox today with big hole in..... Now after I assembly the Vixen 2 pieces are missing.
Does somebody has one ??

A call to Excalibur at 1 800 463 1817 should get the needed hardware in the mail same day.

You need a tapered washer and a long recoil plate screw .

Whoever put the scope on it has one ring wrong. Both screws need to face the same side of the xbow..........

thanks, I had not seen it !!!!

BTW, I've emailed Excalibur and hope to get an answer rapidly. Hunting is coming......

Danny is a good guy but he is is the States call Excal in Kirchner speak to Peter.B and explain your circumstances
He is a good guy and it`s a lot closer then Danny.M
It will probably be faster for you :D

I sent an email to Excal and they suggested me to contact a supplier in Ontario . Anyway, pieces are in the mail presently :D
