Illuminated Firebolt "Issue"

I'm a fan of these now so I thought I'd share pics of the one that took an 8pt.

15 yard quartering away shot - I was surprised when I realized the arrow didn't completely pass through the deer. He ran about 50 yards, laid down and rolled over. The part with the fletch was sticking out at the time. The bone in the picture is the piece of shoulder that stopped the arrow.

Since it was dusk, it was nice watching the light as he ran.

You could see if Danny Miller would warranty that arrow. lol heck he takes care of everything else.

well that was a 40 dollar arrow/head combination!!! save the lumenok for another arrow when a battery goes out however...

I agree, it's an expensive trade but definitely worth it. I just wish I could reuse something - that whole arrow was brand new, never been shot.

Gonna try again this weekend
