I'm in heaven!

Tim picked up our Summer Sausage today. It smells DIVINE! I love that it's nice and lean - not overly much pork.

Will be cutting them in 1/2, running them through the food sealer and tucking them in the freezer to enjoy all year. Mmmm!

It's a bit of a drive to Atwood, but well worth it. I highly recommend this place. You will not be dissapointed!!

Purchased some pepperettes and a summer sausage to try and I enjoyed both.

Next time wanna try deer pepperettes.
