Yup. 175's. 2 does down with em this year, both dropped within 15 yards.
Definitely prefer them over the 100 grain tricks, for whatever reason they seemed to tune better with my Eclipse.

Edit: Shooting them on GT Laser III's with brass inserts.

Sure nuff! Shooting 175 grain Slick Trick X bow heads out of my Equinox. Am using Gold Tip Pro IV's.
Large doe last week left blood trail for a blind man. Went about 30 to 40 yards and fell over dead.
They also include 175 grain field points in the package with the broadheads, which is nice.

Great head,good price,great choice.
No brass insert needed with them and you can replace the blades after a kill and they are good for another use.

Here is my impression on both Boltcutters and Slick Trix from this season:

I run 150gr Boltcutters off an Exomax. Twice had IDENTICAL shots to my partner running 125 Slick Trix off his 175lb Ten Point. Near exact placement, near exact range, near exact body size, all animals relaxed upon firing.

Both my animals made it over 100 yards.
Neither of his made it 30.
Neither of mine left much if any blood trail.
Both of his bled profusely and were MUCH easier to track down.

I was seriously impressed with the difference. So much so I will be going to either those or larger mechanicals for next season (now tagged out). Will start a new thread once home to discuss the options.

Seems to me those Slick Trix work rather well...

Cheers,
Nog

I thnk the better blood trail comes for the 4 blades vs 3. Hard for that to close up.

Hey Papa Bear and Cooter -
The 175 Slicks worked just fine with my Firebolts.
I just like to try new stuff once in a while, so I went with the Gold Tip IV Pro basically for the weight. I don't have any kind of scales, but I think with the GT and the 175's that I have an arrow somewhere around 550 grains. I know they rock my Rinehart 18-1 and if you shoot them out of a ladderstand at the ground 10 yards away, they will bury up to the nock in the ground.
Anyway, the Firebolts were just as accurate as the GT's. Just like the extra weight. Anything to quiet this big dog down a little.

Sounds like a winner. I'm aiming at firebolts with brass insert and 175 slicks
