The above four arrows were shot:
... 38 yards - Indoor
... Standing - Freehand
... Ibex - Factory-supplied peep sight
... Black Eagle Executioner Arrows, 20" long, 420 grains, .001 straightness
... Two fletched with Quickfletch Blazer (orange) and two with Quickfletch Quick-Spin (lime green).

Note:
No tuning, spline/spine checking, squaring, weighing of components or spin testing ...nothing.

Bought directly from Black Eagle Arrows then added inserts, fletches, nocks and points with no rhyme or reason.

"Out of the box accuracy" shown with nothing special done.

I am still a newbie (4 months), but to me, they did real good. Can't imagine what they would of done with a scope and a rest. The above is the average type group I got shooting these four arrows a total of ten times.

With a scope and rest, don't shoot at the same spot, unless you don't want that pair of bolts!

Nice grouping and play room too!

Some great freehand shooting there! Way to go. :)

Nah Masboy ... you still got it. All you need is to come shoot indoors at Weaver's Store with me. Amazing how my groups shrink in size when I'm warm and no wind.

Nice shooting JT thats a nice grouping.

The arrow weight is with a 100grain fieldpoint/broadhead correct? I haven't been able to practice much with my Black eagle arrows yet but the ones I did shoot seem to fly great.

Matt ... you are correct, 100 grain fieldtip. I received some 125 grain and 145 grain field tips for Christmas. I look forward to playing around with them. I just saw that you can get 175 grain field tips from 3 Rivers Archery ... hmmm, future experiment? I look forward to reading how your Black Eagle Arrows work for you. They are very good and I guess in my 4 months of crossbow shooting I was hoping to find a "Wonder Arrow" that would shrink my groups amazingly. So far the Black Eagle Executioner Arrows and Gold Tip Laser 3 in Pro straightness are in a head-to-head shooting contest when I go to the range. All the best. John
