Had a question and wanted to start with Excalibur first to get the "official" answer.

Spoke with Dawn in Customer Service ... she was prompt, helpful and had me laughing when I got off the phone.

Now I just need to call Danny Miller and order the parts I need.

Enjoy dealing with a company that has Dawn in there customer sevice department.

Agreed ! I needed a scope replaced under warranty, I forget who it was but one of the Excal guys delivered it to me personally at Boo Fest. Can't go wrong with service like that.

Another cudo to Dawn, replaced a scope under warranty, sent replacement out to me before receiving defect so I didn't loose out on any of the season.
