I want to meet Dawn @ Excalibur ...

I spoke with Dawn in customer service a couple weeks ago and she had the hardware I needed sent to me.

Unfortunately, I received 2 short screws instead of 4.

Called Dawn, explained what happened and here's the kicker ... no complaining, no excuses, no throwing anyone under the bus ... she said I will take care of it, I'm sorry this happened but we will make it right.

Dawn = Class Act

If I ever get a travel Visa and over my sensory issues, I'm doing 2 things:

(1) Go to BooFest
(2) Leave early for BooFest; go to Excalibur headquarters and meet Dawn.

The people that are Excalibur make it easy to like the company.

+1 for Dawn. She was super nice and took the time to handle my warranty claim and made it effortless and didn't make me feel like I did something wrong. I've dealt with warranty departments before and boy I tell ya they can be so rude. Last time I checked i put food on your table by buying your product so treat me like a customer not an enemy (won't name the company but I am sure you have been in that situation). On the other hand Dawn at Excalibur is top notch, thanks again.

I talked to Dawn a few days ago about a minor issue and she did seem very friendly.

I may have come across a bit "gaga"; but to my defense I have had a few bad run-ins recently with various customer services (post Christmas returns, etc.) and Dawn was a welcome breath of fresh air.

I'm glad you had similar friendly service. Go Dawn.

This is not Excal and not Dawn but I just had very good customer service from Wing Supply.com. I ordered the Pretty Boy/ Pretty Girl decoy kit Saturday and it was delivered Wednesday (fast). Only problem was I received the Pretty Boy decoy only in the correct box but it had a sticker on the side that stated Pretty Boy only. I sent them an e-mail about it yesterday and a few hours later received a phone call from them. I was apologized to and told that a mistake was made but they had sold out of the boy/girl kits since I placed my order and would have to get Carrylite to send me the missing pieces. About thirty minutes later they called me back again and said they had searched and found my order still in the warehouse and was shipping it to me and UPS would pickup the wrong one and send it back at no charge to me.

Great CS....

When I called Excal a few weeks ago about a cracked Vortex limb, I had to leave a message. I thought that this was going to be a big hassle. Lol, Dawn called me back in about 30 seconds and took care of everything in 2 minutes. Very impressed.

Man I am really looking forward to buying an Excalibur Crossbow. They sound like a Great Company to deal with.
