Way 2 go. That is my goal this year. A turkey with the x-bow.

Can I ask where did you hit him?

I am leary to shoot one & lose it!!

congrats on the bird.. thats a trophy for sure...got me choppin ant the bits wanting to get out there...weather is not good here ..looking better by the end of the week ..

Great shot with the Excal thats just how I started out with mine last year a turkey and then some deer. Congrats on a fine bird

Heart/Lung shot. It's critical to study up on a turkeys vitals. It's misleading where they are. Hope these pics help. I'll show you my shot and some pics of vitals. Good luck.

Thanks for the info. You proved it can be done...

I read somewhere to aim for the shinny spot on the wings. The vital pics prove that theory to be dead nuts. I think I will use the Ibex & let my Dad kill one with his old shotgun. That is if we see one on opening day!! :)
