It is so nice to watch the Backwoods Videos on the Sportsman channel. I enjoy watching such shows with my grand kids. We used to watch The Pigman Brian show because he uses a crossbow occasionally but we had to quit because of his cursing on the show which makes his Redneck come out. Backwoods videos are made by some more respectable hunters and we love them for it. Am I the only one out here that cursing on TV bothers?

On a show if there is a slip every now and then is somewhat ok.
But every week is getting to be to much.

Not a big fan of a lot of cursing and I don't care much for all the fist pumping, yeehawing and oh-my godding either. All that showboating drives me nuts. But that's just me.

Being obnoxious has taken center stage in TV today vs. enthusiasm with self control. I much prefer the confident celebration without all the drama. When the phony acting begins, the channel changes.

there only a few hunting show that i will watch,hunting in the back woods,canada in the rough,and a few more on the sportsmen channel. i hate it when they pass up a 150-160 inch deer because it's to small. come to maine,i'll show you small.

You guys are right.
I miss the good old days. Shows like " The Red Fisher Show", " Babe Winkleman", " Curt Gowdy Great Outdoors". Those were the days.
I guess there are still a few good ones, but I sure miss the oldies !
