Just bagged my second bird and I'm going to give a lot of these recipes a try. For my first attempt I marinated the breast over night in worchestershire & soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and a whole head of chopped garlic. I then braized both sides 2 minutes each in a frying pan of hot oil, bacon and shallots. Then transferred the breasts and marinade, oil and shallots to a clay pot. Added a cup of red wine, dijon mustard, salt and pepper and rosemary. Left in the oven at 350F for 2 hours. Added some potatoes, carrots and rutabaga and put back in oven for another hour. Could not believe how good it was.
