Any disadvantage to installing the anti dryfire on my Matrix 355? Thanx for any opinions.

Hello KGDPD,
Welcome, I can see one big advantage to installing a Guardian ADF for sure. You will have no Dry-Fire, that is worth its weight in gold to me anyway.
Thanks,
Raymond

Yep. understand the gold part. $30 for new limbs may have made up my mind. I shoot a 10 point Pro Slider also. I'm pretty used to it having an anti dryfire. Maybe thats part of my problem establishing a new routine with the 355. Old dog new trick thing :D That being said, I like both bows. The 355 is 1st up for huntin this year. I have to admit that I'm leaning towards the recurve for full time duty.

:D   if i had one i would put it on. pluse it would save the embarrassment of dryfiring in front of your friends while showing off your new bow. belive me, it sucks!!!

I like them. Saved me today from dry fire as a matter of fact. Won't have it on my hunting bows though as it makes it hard to let the bow down without shooting it.

I just weighed mine that I have not mounted yet. It is the pre matrix one. but should be about same weight. It is just at 4 1/2 ozs.
