Matrix 380 on the way!

Just took the plunge and ordered a 380 Extra to keep my Ibex company! Cant wait for the brown truck to get here!

I own an Ibex. Killed 5 or 6 deer with it the last two seasons. Just got in a 380 myself. Haven't shot it yet. I'm going to get me a Leupold scope, not sure what model, have some BE bolts ordered. Hope to get a tt trigger. I will be set this year. The Ibex is a great xbow but its like my buddy says. "if your going to be a bear, be a grizzly."

Yes sir! I looked at several scopes, did not really like the one i had on the Ibex, and thinking whatever I get might wind up on the Matrix.. I got the Redfield Revenge. They are owned by Luepold now. This scope has a ranging feature built in that is great. No more range finder in my pack when I'm hunting with the xbow! Very nice optics too.
Look at one before you buy something, you might not like it, but for $179. it's a pretty good scope.

I'm dialed in, so the Matrix is not a must have. it's more of a I want thing. I'm pretty disciplined with purchasing stuff, so it might be after the hunting season before i get one, which is not a big set back. Glad to hear you were successful with the Ibex, I have no doubt that I will kill my 2 deer allowed with the Ibex this season.
