My crossbow is new and it has never been used,after the first test cord.
I pulled the trigger and loud sound, the following picture you can understand what has happened.



I can send 1 broken arm to repair or replace?

Did this happen with the very first arrow shot off your Matrix 355. Sorry, I cannot see your pics for some reason.

If this wasn't your fault then warranty replacement parts should be free shipping included.

I had something very similar happen this week on my brand new 355. Here is what mine looked like, the tip of the limb came off. The arrow went 10-15 yards and I could not find where the tip flew. This was only my fifth shot with the crossbow. Limbs are being replaced.

but i'm from asian, do not living in usa or canada.
so very difficult to send it to the U.S. or Canada,
I can only send Limbs.
I am happy to have you here, I was very worried and think that it will never be like the original.

At the top of the page is a CONTACT button. Use it to tell them that your limb tips have come loose. They will send you new ones. I would suggest using a good two part epoxy glue to secure them. Looks like they have a bad batch of glue on a run.

I'm guessing both caused by partial dry fires. make sure arrows are fully seated properly.

If the limbs look ok I would just call Danny miller an he will send you a couple I,m sure. I just did an a simple fix in no time .

I can see black glue stains on the Limbs, it is little.
they can only send 1 first of limb , I think that's not hard to be able to paste it with glue.
actually, my english is not good, very difficult to be able to contact them.
who's have contact them, please help me.

wire is new, but by the limbs out, so it is not equal between 2 first.
