10 days an getting ready

Bows ready sited in with quiver,sling,new serving . squared all arrow inserts an installed broadheads with new blades an spin tested an in the quiver. got out my back pack an checked.
leupold 8x binoxs
Nikon range finder
Thremecell
Buck .gerber knifes
wabi call
lighter
zip ties
face mask
gloves
tinks,wicks
gerber saw
rope
shurfire,batteries
crow call
camo hat with built in led lights

I don,t carry all of that in the woods I go light as possible with pockets full an only take what I think I will need at the time an backpack stays in the truck. knife,call,light,rangefinder,gloves,mask an all ready just have to run out qn get my md licence.

I lack one very important thing that I can,t do anything about. my thinking an judgment,brain function with this Lyme d an I do some dumb things while hunting an think some deer would laugh at me at times if they could . but I enjoy being out there trying :lol:

Never took one deer hunting. Turkey hunting I carry one.

For a signal to one of my sons at times an sometimes deer are curious critters an just always carry one when hunting most times . an just like a little kid I like to call in crows an like the sound :lol: waiting for a Wabi crow call :mrgreen:

I know about that buddy. Had some form of tick-borne disease about 15 years ago. It responded to the antibiotics immediately but I had relapses for years, kind of like malaria. Bad sh--!! :?

Work is so stupid busy, bow season may be a total bust around here. Good to be busy, but maybe I'll get to do a little target shooting and sit in the stand a time or two.

I think MD bow comes in on the 6th?
I just finished moving my stand today and I moved my game cam as well.
Yesterday when I was walking out I saw a big ol buck tail high going in the opposite direction.

Glad you said something or I would have missed the first day :lol: i was looking at last years date.just got my licence today 180 bucks for non-resident . now all ready an now just have to change oil in my two wheel horse.I feel like a cowboy on my new hunting ride an just hope I don,t get throwed off too many more times.just now healed up from the last time I got throwed off :lol:

haha. yeah out of state is quite costly. MD has some good hunting if you can find a place to go other than state game lands. Seems like hardly anyone hunts down here. More for me! I grew up in PA. Last time I hunted up there was in 07 and it really seemed like the deer population had declined.
