It's Arrived

Post by snuffbox »

A few weeks back I was thinking I'd like to try the Leupold Crossbones for its superior optics and uncluttered view, trouble is they don't seem to be available in this country.
After a bit of delving I found a new one being sold as secondhand on eBay,trouble was the seller didn't want to ship to the UK.
Had a word with UncleMike aka Agingcrossbower and he bought and sent it to me.
What a gent.
Any way it arrived today and I must say it looks pretty damn good.
Looking forward to fitting if it and sighting it in now.
Thanks Mike,your a real gem. :D :D :D

Nice, let us know how you like it, I have read a few reviews on this scope and they were more positive then negative.

I sure like the simple crosshair type reticles as opposed to the chevrons. It does make it much less "cluttered" in my opinion, and gives a fine aiming point. And its a Leupold. Congrats and good shooting.

No problem Paul. I'm just paying forward. I guy by the name of Farmer helped get Boo's stock across the border and out of his way for sure. None better and I'm more than happy to help you out. You can't go wrong with a leupold scope. :D
