Factory placement is off balance - uncomfortable
Tried lots but wasn't happy with anything.
I made a bracket to attach it above the rail in line with the rail. It comes off once I get settled in place.
Not perfect but best yet

I use an old hip quiver with a nylon web strap and a quick connect buckle on it long enough to put my head and arm thru, works good for me. I hang the quiver by the strap on the gunrail of a stand or climber or attach it around the tree behind me, hang it on a hook in a shooting house, whatever the case may be. Keeps my hands free when stalking too. You could probably rig up something similar to the sidewinder with your quiver, attach the part of the quiver mount that goes on the bow to something strong and put some slots in it to run a strap thru.

I carry mine in with the quiver attached and then in the tree I use one of those screw in quickie adaptors .its all about economy to me..as light as I van be ..so the bracket doubles as my back pack hanger and quiver holder.. :D

I'm pretty hi tech.... I use an Excal quiver with a boot lace tied to my fanny pack. Works and didn't cost a dime
