I did pass on a one horn a week ago and passed on a 3 point back in early bow season..and got a doe first thing this season but after that it all dryed up .
well I found a rub or two earlier this week and been hunting that area..even one rub got me excited. lol so I took off work just to hunt.
saw two does tue eve.. then moved my stand over the hump just to get a better view of the lay..
sat till 10 this morning without seeing anything so I let my gun down just when it reached the ground I see a deer
so I pull ii back up !!then I see another doe I let em walk ..20 mins later I have 4 more come up the draw and work past me..man I felt good so I ended up staying till 12:30
came home ate got back in the tree at 3:00 ..20 degrees this morn 60 this eve..
4:20 I look behind me and I see movement.its a 6 point...it worked right by me and then layed down..i guess the gunshot did it
ill try to get a pic up later . small rack nothing to brag on but its meat!!
and I thank the Lord for it..
