fogged twilight scope

I have a twilight scope and is just a year old and is fogged just wondering if anybody has had this problem and how fast of a turn around to get another scope sent to them as we all know we are in the heart of the hunt and i don't want to be down for any great amount of time ....Thanks

If you drive down they'll exchange on the spot.

mine and still love it.

Had that happen to mine .They exchanged it for a new one on the spot.No questions.

This is why i love Excalibur and will continue to shoot and be a proud owner of the greatest xbow on the market. Called and talked to Dawn in the warranty dept and within 4 hours I had a new twilight scope in my hands. Thanks agian Dawn you were awesome...... Can't get any better service than that anywhere other than at Excalibur.....
