Thanks all, was fortunate enough to draw a doe tag for public/state land. Hate putting my gear/stands up on public land too many shoppers. Came across a ground blind made of downfall and helped it back to shape. Went to hunt it a few nights back after a new snow and sure enough someone was in the blind may be a morning hunt or just checking it out? Oh well, hunted seen nothing all good though. After the hunts I'd throw out a small amount of corn. This was my second hunt this week. Had new snow so couldn't tell how much sign all fresh snow. Thought I'd help out my chances so cleaned out the blind and threw out the corn sat down and counted the birds enjoying the new meal. Dead quiet out about 5:20 heard a snap, thought to myself here we go. Five minutes later saw a deer slowly heading for the corn. By the time the first deer made it to the corn the woods came alive, I could hear more coming, had three eating and more coming bad thing was sounded like they were going to walk right by me on my back side and they were. Had an aim on the deer I was fortunate enough to take but couldn't get the deer to separate. Just pick up a new bottle of Code Blue Doe Urine that I sprayed on my boots and the blind which I believe made the hunt happen. Had deer less than ten yards downwind that just wouldn't come in and when they got a little leary and back away the deer I was aiming at cleared from the group and gave me a good shot. Love these bows feel so confident. Thanks Excalibur!!! Thanks Boo!!! Thanks Black Eagle!!! Thanks G5!!! A winning combination for sure!!!

Congratulations. Are you sure you only sprayed the boots with code blue? The picture is blurry as if the camera lens was smudged with it too. LOL

Ya not the best photo, pulled my phone out of an inner pocket a little fogging and the yotes were yapping fast photo. Left a piece of clothing on the deer had to gather my stuff head back to my truck strip some clothes and head back out to collect my deer was alone. Long drag wasn't looking forward to it, the snow is a god sent much easier. Will do better on next one I hope, many spring and summer fishing trips the meat is a bonus. Thanks for busting me on my photo skills lol.

Nice Doe, was out this morning, had 9 cross the trail in range, no antlers, no doe tag. Boxing day was about the same, boy had 4 out in front of him and I had one, no antlers. All the action around here is between 8 and 9 it seems. Not much time left for that shot at a buck.
