just got the 380 need help

i just got my new matrix 380 i had an axiom befor sighting in my scope was easy, but this one has speed rings im just womdering were to set the speed ring, i know the bow wont give me 380 fps so i just need a close enough setting so that i dont loose my first bolt, when i shoot my first 60 yards, after that i think i can figure it out ...pretty excited to try it out..

Work your way up to 60 yds. The crosshairs are centered in the field of view, so no matter what you set the speed ring [magnification] at, you will always shoot the same at 20 yds.

Try 30 yds, then 40, 50, and end up w/ 60 yds. If you are 'new' to the Matrix's, go slow.

I suggest your first shot at 10 yards then adjust scope and try again till your on. Next move to 20 for zero. Adjust speed ring at 40 next.

Good advice . Mine ended up on 375 on crossbones scope
