I tried Judos first off the Vixen. They were a problem for sure. I think they're okay for rabbits and squirrels, but not big fat woodchucks.Anonymous wrote:RL,
What do you use for chucks? Broadheads, blunts, field points, judo's? Strictly head shots?
Now I use old broadheads that have been through a deer already.
Headshots are preferable and quick. If you can get inside of 20 yards headshots aren't overly difficult.

I've used Judos on rabbits with my Vixen and have not been satisfied with them. I've been planning to try broadheads with Scorpio arrow arrestors. The only good thing about Judos is that they don't travel very far when they impact something (if you miss), making the arrows easy to find.I tried Judos first off the Vixen. actually that's not true. I LOVE your questions deleted.BUCKSLAYER wrote:red label doesnt like my questions deleated...........
I have killed five groundhogs this year with my vertical bow, and I used the NAP Spitfire 100 gr. heads. Those mechanicals do such a good job on the groundhogs. I used a field point on an other one but it got down it's hole with the arrow in it. So from now on all i'll ever use is broadheads!
