I just checked the Cabelas Web Site and viewed all of the crossbow scopes no Leupold Crossbones listed. Then I viewed every Leupold scope sold by Cabelas once again no Leupold Crossbones listed.

I checked Bass Pro they sell Leupold Crossbones and Redfield Revenge crossbow scopes.

Latter this week when Presidents day sales are over and the weather improves I will take a ride to the Wheeling WVa. and Talk to someone at Cabelas about the Crossbones scopes. I will report back.

I contacted Leupold and asked why they show 2 numbers, in their catalogue, for the Crossbones scope, they said one is in a box (113870) and the other number is for the scope in a blister pack (114710). They are the same scope just different containers

Just finished sighting mine in dead on at 20 yards. Backed off to 30 and set speed ring on 320 and was way high. Had to turn the speed ring up to 350 FPS to get right on a Vortex with a Boo Flemish string on it.
Sure takes a lot of clicks to get it to move. Must be calibrated at 100 yards.

I like it. At first I thought the hash marks would be too thin for me too make out without wearing my glasses which I hate to do while hunting. But I had no problem after setting the scope up and adjusting it to my eyesight without my glasses on. As for clarity I would rank it up with Swarovski quality glass which is all I use in binoculars. The scope is light weight and extremely clear. Only downside I have seen thus far is the 20 clicks per inch at 20 yards adjustment. But it is set now so no worries. :D

I just returned home from my monthly trip to Cabelas Wheeling WVA. I stoped by the archery department and told the clerk I was in the market for a Leupold
Crossbones Crossbow Scope. The clerk researched my request via the computer
and stated very clearly," We don't sell that scope." My next question was will you be getting Leupold Crossbones Scopes in stock in the furture.? The clerk went back to the computer and stated, "We don't sell that scope." Then I asked the
same the same set of questions about the Redfield Revenge Crossbow Scope and the clerk went back to the computer and checked. The clerk then replied we don't sell the Redfield Revenge Crossbow Scope but we sell a Redfield Revenge Riflescope. I then stated, I really thought you would have those scopes since they are some of the most highly rated crossbow scopes. Then I said, Bass Pro sells them. The clerk then called over his supervisor for a double
check on the status of these scopes. The supervisor went on the computer
and he also made a phone call. The answer was Cabelas does not sell either of
those crossbow scopes.I then went to my favorite hangout in the store,"The Bargain Cave," and asked the guys about these scopes and they replied," Cabelas does not sell either one of those scopes.

Well it looks like the case of Leupold Crossbones and Redfield Revenge Crossbow Scopes being sold by Cabelas is closed.
