Cutco knives. I've used their drop point knives for years. Besides being able to shave with them (literally), I've gutted and skinned a buffalo, 3 hogs, a muledeer and an antelope with the same knife without sharpening. That's awesome! To re-sharpen I send back the knife (can send up to 5 knives) with $6.00 for shipping, they send me a new one with their heavy duty leather sheath. If it's ever damaged in any way doing anything, send it back with $6.00 for shipping and get a new knife. That's awesome! If I ever lose it, I go to a commissioner of oaths or a Notary to 'swear' I've lost it ($35-$50.00) and send them statement, they send me a new knife. That's awesome! :D

I have always had excellent customer service from all of these companies, LL Bean, Bass Pro, Cabela's, Nikon, Moen and Dick's. Anytime I have a problem with a company I contact the President/CEO and demand some help. I have had to do this with Sprint and Dell but I finally got the problems resolved to my satisfaction. Acer was my only failure so far and I would never buy anything from Acer again! My advice is always go right to the top of any organization.
